Duet Sessions

You can enjoy a Duet session with a friend or family member, halving the cost of a one-to-one session while still receiving individual attention. You both will learn the Classical mat exercises on the 'Balanced Body Contrology Mat'. This offers the correct amount of support and the required amount of feedback to assist your Pilates mat journey. Niki will also provide a range of small props to add resistance, challenge or assistance to your session (Magic Circle, Small Ball, Foam Roller, Hand Weights, TheraBand).

To get the most out of your Duet session you should closely match your partners skill level and share similar fitness goals.

Duet session pricing:

Single session

£30 per person (£60 total)

Block of 4 sessions

£110 p/p (£220 total)

Block of 8 sessions

£200 p/p (£400 total)

Each session is 55 minutes in duration.
In the event of cancellation, 24 hours notice is required otherwise the fee will be forfeited.
